After defeating Manchester City, Tottenham will look to earn another key result as they aim to establish themselves as title contenders.

Chelsea summer signing Edouard Mendy has done the job thus far, with his seven clean sheets in ten games steadying the ship at Stamford Bridge.

Blues manager Frank Lampard will be desperate for Mendy to be the man to deny Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min, who are perhaps the most in-form duo in Europe.

A win for Tottenham would keep them at the top of the Premier League, but three points for Chelsea would see them leapfrog their London rivals.

What is the team news?

Christian Pulisic is set to return to the squad, but it is unlikely that he will play a large role on Sunday as he improves his match fitness. Kai Havertz could also be welcomed back to the squad after completing his self-isolation following his positive test.

Jose Mourinho will be hopeful that Hugo Lloris can recover from a knock in time to start, while Giovani Lo Celso and Steven Bergwijn are also doubts. Toby Alderweireld will miss out after the Belgian suffered a groin injury a week ago, with Joe Rodon in line for his full debut. Erik Lamela is still out.

Predicted line-ups

Chelsea: Mendy, James, Zouma, Thiago Silva, Chilwell, Kovacic, Kante, Mount, Ziyech, Abraham, Werner

Tottenham: Lloris, Aurier, Rodon, Dier, Reguilon, Sissoko, Hojbjerg, Ndombele, Son, Bergwijn, Kane

Chelsea: 11/10

Draw: 5/2

Tottenham: 13/5

Both sides are in sensational form, and have established themselves as two of the top sides in the league. While Chelsea look effective since Mendy signed, Harry Kane has been incredible this season with 16 goal involvements (seven goals, nine assists). There will be goals. 2-2.
