As if demand for H. Moser & Cie.’s sporty Streamliner weren’t off the dial enough, now the independent watchmaker is plugging into a new demographic via a collaboration with Eric Cheng’s Undefeated streetwear fashion brand.

Mr Cheng is said to have proposed the partnership to Moser CEO Edouard Meylan after recognizing the shared values and tastes of the two brands.

“With its unconventional approach and philosophy, H. Moser & Cie. is a sort of Undefeated of the watch industry. Two of its key strengths are that it is bold and ahead of its time. It’s a very inspiring brand, which is why we decided to contact Edouard and his team,” Mr Cheng says.

Undefeated was founded and opened its first boutique in Los Angeles in 2002 as a direct-to-consumer fashion and sneaker business.

It now has 28 stores worldwide, built on the back of collaborations with artists and brands to create highly sought-after limited editions in fields as diverse as mainstream basketball and luxury cars.

The H. Moser & Cie. Undefeated Streamliner has Black Tiger Camo fumé dial and its steel cushion case and bracelet has an anthracite grey DLC coating.

It houses an automatic Calibre HMC 902 developed co-created by Agenhor for H. Moser & Cie.

Only 76 are being made, priced at $55,000. They go on sale this week.
