How you decorate your tree for Christmas is totally individual.
Many Brits like to stick to a curated colour scheme while others dress their fir in every bauble and colour they own.
We like it either way – from precise and stylish to fun and festive.
And, if you have little children, then part of the fun of the festive season is watching your tree be decorated haphazardly, but with love.
One parent recently realised that her toddler has her own ideas about Christmas tree decor when she shared a snap of her mother-in-law’s tree.

Her toddler had helped her mum-in-law to put the baubles on the branches and the results are hilarious.
In the snap, the tree seems to be lacking some decorations at the top.
Other than a snowflake or two and a silver angel it was almost bare.
However, at the bottom of the tree, plenty of red and silver baubles were packed into the space – right at toddler height.
The sweet post went viral with over 114,000 likes and nearly 36,000 retweets.
One person commented: “The bottom looks really nice.
“Your kid has a good eye. Just needs some height, lol.”
“If any cats live there, I'm sure they're excited,” pointed out another.
A third said: “The toddler looking back at the tree hella proud like."
While a fourth added: “Adorable.
“This would make a great holiday growth chart over the years!"
