Kim Kardashian has explained all to daughter North about the star's impending divorce to her dad Kanye West, according to reports.

They called an end to their relationship after the 40-year-old beauty filed for divorce following seven years of marriage.

The megastars and are set to divvy-up their £1.6billion fortune in the coming months.

Now Kim has reportedly decided she won't try to hide anything from her children.

Kim and Kayne have four children together – North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, 21 months.

Rapper Kanye is currently staying at his Wyoming ranch – away from his wife and their children, who are said to be living in their $60million California mansion.

North "understands" what is going on, it has been claimed

A source told Hollywood Life that North is understanding "as much as she can" about the situation.

Their eldest apparently "knows what's going on" and was told "alone" that her mum and dad are separating, it is said.

"Kim sat her down alone to tell her, but not the younger ones," the insider claimed.

"Kim and Kanye have been living like this for so long. The last year has been exactly like this where they’ve been living separate lives both physically and emotionally.
