'Always tough' to leave out Coleman - Hallgrimsson

Republic of Ireland head coach Heimir Hallgrimsson says it would set the "wrong example" to select Seamus Coleman for World Cup qualifiers against Hungary and Armenia next month given his lack of recent games with Everton.
