Defending champions Barcelona cruised past Hammarby 3-0 to clinch the final spot in the last eight of the Women's Champions League.
Ewa Pajor struck twice before Aitana Bonmati added a third for the Spanish side.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal had already secured their places in the quarter-finals with two group games to spare.
The three English sides have now been joined by Lyon, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg in the knockout stages.
Here is what still needs to be decided in the final round of matches.
Group A
Last season's runners-up Lyon beat Galatasaray 6-0 on Wednesday to cement their place at the top of the group, after guaranteeing progression with a 4-1 win over Roma in gameweek four.
The French champions have won all five of their group games and will face a group runner-up in the quarter-finals.
Two-time European champions Wolfsburg joined Lyon in the next stage with a 6-1 victory at home to Roma.
The German side knew they would progress to the next round if they won by two or more goals.
Group B
Chelsea and Real Madrid have already sealed their quarter-final places - eliminating Celtic and Twente respectively.
The Women's Super League champions maintained their 100% record in Europe this season with a 6-1 home win over Twente on Wednesday.
Sonia Bompastor's side, who were runners-up in 2020-21, are currently top of the group with 15 points - three ahead of Madrid.
The Spanish side kept the fight for top spot alive with a comfortable 3-0 success at Celtic.
Chelsea need to avoid defeat when they meet in Spain on 17 December to progress as group winners, while a win for Madrid would see them finish first.
Group C
Arsenal and Bayern Munich both clinched their spots in the last eight with two games spare.
The Gunners kept up their pursuit of top spot, though, by winning 3-1 against Valerenga on Thursday as Alessia Russo found the net twice.
Bayern maintained their one-point lead at the top with a thumping 4-0 win over Juventus.
Victory for Arsenal against the German side in the final group game on 18 December will see them leapfrog Bayern.
Group D
Manchester City kept their grip on top spot by beating St Polten in their penultimate group game on Thursday night.
Captain Alex Greenwood was taken off on a stretcher in the first half before Lily Murphy opened the scoring in the second period.
Barcelona joined City in the last eight with their 3-0 win at Hammarby - ending the Swedish side's hopes of progressing.
There will now be a showdown in Spain on 18 December to see who tops the group.
If Barca beat City then both sides will be locked on 15 points, so top spot will be decided by their head-to-head record.
That would mean City, who won 2-0 against Barca earlier in the campaign and lead their rivals by three points, will finish top if they win, draw or lose by only one goal.
