Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez settle divorce. Here's the latest, including who's getting what and their recent meetup.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s second chance at love is over. They have officially reached a divorce settlement.

TMZ and In Touch Weekly are among the outlets that obtained the settlement document filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. It gives a breakdown of who gets what after the two-year marriage went kaput in August. The settlement was signed on Sept. 25, 2024, but wasn’t filed until Dec. 31, 2024. It will be official on Feb. 20, 2025.

Affleck, 52, and Lopez, 55, eloped in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022 — nearly 20 years after calling off their first wedding — and separated on April 26, 2024. They cited "irreconcilable differences” in their divorce filing, made by Lopez on the anniversary of the couple’s Georgia wedding. They reportedly did not have a prenup and reached a settlement through mediation with Hollywood divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

While most of the financial details were not publicly filed, the pair, who have no children together, will each get what they individually acquired during the marriage, according to TMZ. Lopez has appeared in multiple films — including Atlas, Unstoppable, This Is Me... Now, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, Shotgun Wedding and, coming soon, Kiss of the Spider Woman — released an album and has beauty and alcohol lines.

Affleck, who created the production company Artists Equity with best friend Matt Damon in 2022, retains all interest in his company, according to In Touch.

Neither Affleck nor Lopez, who have remained friendly, will pay spousal support to each other. They will split the profits from the sale of the L.A. mansion they paid $60 million for in 2023. It has been on the market since the summer, though Lopez reportedly still lives there.

Lopez and Affleck each get their own clothing, jewelry and other personal effects since the breakup.

Lopez also gets her name back, going from “Jennifer Lynn Affleck to “Jennifer Lynn Lopez,” which she requested when she filed for divorce in August — two years after their splashy second wedding.

She also agreed to cover all debts she incurred before, during or after the date of separation and gets one half of two City National Bank accounts.

Affleck was the butt of one of Nikki Glaser’s jokes at the Jan. 5 Golden Globes. In her opening monologue, Glaser said, "Wicked, Queer, Nightbitch. These are not just words Ben Affleck yells after he orgasms. These are some of the incredible movies nominated tonight.”

There was a joke about Affleck’s failed marriages that didn’t make it to air. Glaser said Jan. 6 on The Howard Stern Show that she cut: “Here’s to Ben Affleck, I can’t wait to see which Jennifer you try to ruin next.” Affleck was also married to Jennifer Garner.

Affleck wasn’t at the Globes, preferring to keep a low profile in Los Angeles. That same day, Lopez actually visited him at his home, which leads to speculation that they haven’t completely quit each other after two decades of on-and-off romance.

For the visit, Lopez was accompanied by one of her 16-year-old twins, Emme, and was photographed hugging Affleck’s 12-year-old son, Samuel. Affleck and Lopez have previously reunited for school events for their children. She’s also been photographed visiting his office in L.A. several times, including in December.

Lopez’s weekend was otherwise spent at the Palm Springs Film Festival. On Jan. 4, she attended Variety's Creative Impact Awards, where she was given the Legend and Groundbreakers award in honor of her Unstoppable performance and her long-running career.

As for Affleck, he spent the holidays with Garner and their three children, also including Violet, 19, and Seraphina, 16. He was on a break from making the film RIP with Damon about a group of Miami cops who grow distrustful of one another.

Lopez spent the holidays in Aspen, Colo., with her mom, sister Lynda and kids. Lopez, who has been married four times, was photographed having fun at a saloon with a group that included recent divorcé Kevin Costner. Her photo shares on social media from the trip include a shot of her posing in a bikini and fuzzy boots.

Who knows what 2025 will bring.
