Ireland have made 10 changes for Saturday's final World Cup warm-up match with Canada in Belfast.

Wing Beibhinn Parsons, fly-half Dannagh O'Brien and the back row of Grace Moore, Ivana Kiripati and Brittany Hogan are the only players to retain their places from Saturday's win over Scotland.

Hooker Neve Jones will lead the side in Belfast and Sam Monaghan will be co-captain from the bench.

Prop Ellena Perry could earn her first cap after being named among the replacements.

"Having another opportunity to test ourselves is essential in the run up to the Rugby World Cup and we know Canada will provide us with a really strong test," said head coach Scott Bemand.

"Last week we fought back hard from conceding early tries and we know we will need to start stronger this week. There is a lot at stake with the squad for the Rugby World Cup being announced early next week."

Bemand has made substantial changes for Ireland's final World Cup warm-up match against the Canadians, who won the WXV match between the sides last year.

Props Niamh O'Dowd and Linda Djougang will join captain Jones in the front row, while the second row consists of Ulster's Fiona Tuite and Ruth Campbell.

The back row of Moore, Kikipati, who made her debut against Scotland, and Brittany Hogan is unchanged.

Aoibheann Reilly joins O'Brien at half-back and Enya Breen and Aoife Dalton will start at centre.

Stacey Flood is named at full-back and will be joined in the back three by wings Anna McGann and Sevens star Parsons.

Bemand has opted for a six-two split on the bench, which consists of forwards Cliodhna Moloney-MacDonald, Perry, Ulster's Sadhbh McGrath, Eimear Corri-Fallon, Monaghan and Claire Boles.

Emily Lane and Eve Higgins are the backs cover on the bench.

Ireland will face Japan, Spain and New Zealand in Pool C at the World Cup in England.

Former Ireland internationals Lindsay Peat, Claire Small and Fiona Hayes will join presenter Nicola McCarthy and commentator Oisin Langan in Belfast from 11:50 BST on BBC iPlayer & BBC Two NI.
