Sale recorded a fourth win in five Premiership games with a bonus point victory over Bristol.

Josh Caulfield crossed first for the Bears before Arron Reed's try got Sale within two points and a George Ford drop-goal nudged them ahead.

Two Callum Sheedy penalties was all Bristol could muster after the break as Sam James, Rob Du Preez and Joe Carpenter secured five points for Sale.

Bristol are now winless in three, while the Sharks go top of the table.
